Lodging

Our rustic air conditioned and heated, log-siding bunkhouses are nestled into our 130 acre property. Rooms have between 8-12 bunks with a bathroom.  In light of Covid-19 we will open up all the cabins and put no more than 4 men per bunk room. 6 in our larger rooms. 

Meals

We take pride in our food! Our amazing home cooked meals are prepared for you by our kitchen staff. We will be spread out in the dining hall and have hand sanitizer ready for you before our kitchen staff serves up your food!

Activities

Led by our skilled staff, we will offer activities for you to choose from: skeet shooting, horse riding, paintball, canoeing, fishing, swimming, hiking, our famous fry bread, cornhole, and other great fun. 

When

Friday, September 25 arrive by 6pm for dinner. Depart Sunday,September 27 9am.  

What to bring:

Sleeping bags or linens for a single mattress 

Pillow

Towel/Washcloth (may want extra one for swimming hole)

Bathroom stuff (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo etc.)

2 pair of shoes tied shoes are best, water shoes and a pair for dry

Jeans/sweatshirt (just in case) Shorts/T-shirts 

Plastic bag for wet/dirty clothes

Bathing suit/swimming trunks

Flashlight

I understand that the individual(s) named above will be attending Longview Ranch, Inc. (Long View Ranch) and will be participating in various camp programs that may include outdoor recreational activities. Camp activities may include but are not limited to: individual and group sports activities, swimming, river tubing, water skiing, canoeing, horseback riding, paintball games, mountain biking, participation in obstacle courses, hiking and other recreational activities. Camp activities may occur at Long View Ranch or at such other specified facilities/locations that Long View Ranch has determined are appropriate for conducting those activities. I understand that these activities have inherent risk, dangers and hazards. I also understand that under Tennessee Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities pursuant to the Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 44, Chapter 20. I affirm that the individual named above is in good health, that he/she is not under a physician’s care for any condition that bears upon their fitness to participate in camp activities and to my knowledge there are no other conditions that would preclude the individual from participation in the camp activities.

In consideration of Long View Ranch allowing the above named individual to attend the camp, I hereby release Longview Ranch, Inc. it’s owners, management, and staff from any and all liability for any injury related to attendance and/or lodging at the camp, transportation to and from the camp, and participation in any camp or camp sponsored programs.

I understand that individuals may be photographed or filmed while participating in camping activities and that these photographs or film may be used in print or in other media to promote Long View Ranch.
In light of Covid19 you are agreeing to adhere to the social distancing guidelines for the safety of you as well as others that are attending and assume the risk of possible exposure although we will make every effort to keep our guests properly distanced.

If minor, I hereby attest that I am the parent or legal guardian for the individual named above and that I have the authority to grant this waiver and release of liability.
